Kraftig snøvær og vind vil gi stor pålagring av ny snø på et stedvis svakt snødekke med flere vedvarende svake lag. I noen heng kan det være lett å løse ut/fjernutløse store eller svært store skred. Naturlig utløste skred kan fortsatt forekomme, spesielt utsatt er heng som får stor pålagring av ny fokksnø. Unngå og hold god avstand til skredterreng.
